The Municipality of Ston and the Ston Development Agency RAST invite all lovers of local flavors, wine, and Mediterranean tradition to the eno-gastronomic event “Flavors and Stories of Pelješac and Ston”, which will take place from October 16 to 18, 2025, in Ston.
The event is organized as part of the TESTEAT project (“Enhance enogasTronomy hEritage to eSTablish and Expand sustainAble Tourism”), implemented by the Municipality of Ston in partnership with other institutions to promote the eno-gastronomic offer of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Istria, and northern Italy. The project is co-funded by the Interreg Italy–Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme, with a total value of EUR 2,302,841.76 and a duration of 30 months.
Over the course of three days, Ston will become a meeting point of tradition, local flavors, and stories – through children’s workshops, tastings of authentic dishes and wines, educational panels, and entertaining programs featuring local experts whose heritage has been passed down through generations.
Participation in all festival activities is free of charge and open to the public.

Ston Feast (October 16 at 3:00 p.m., in front of the Rector’s Palace, Ston)

Preparation and judging of the best Ston makaruli (traditional pasta) (October 17 at 12:30 p.m., in front of the Rector’s Palace; in case of bad weather, the activity will be held indoors at the Rector’s Palace)

Ston Sweet Feast (October 17 at 2:00 p.m., in front of the Rector’s Palace; in case of bad weather, the activity will be held indoors at the Rector’s Palace)
Those interested in presenting their prepared dishes or desserts at the Ston Feast, Ston Sweet Feast, or Ston makaruli preparation can apply by sending an email to protokol@opcinaston.hr. The application should specify the activity in which the participant wishes to take part.
