Tourism Champions: 50th Tourist Patrol Awards Presented at Lazareti – Mali Ston”

The award ceremony for this year’s tourism champions was held at Lazareti, marking the 50th anniversary of the Večernji list Tourist Patrol. Evaluating diverse content and quality of offer, the title of best continental destination in Croatia was awarded to Jastrebarsko, while in the category of the best destination on the Adriatic, the winner was Mali Ston. Večernji list’s star reporters also evaluated gastronomic offers on the mainland and the sea, declaring the best ones to be the tavern “More” from Funtana and the restaurant “Crn-Beli” from Ludbreg. As the record holder for the number of titles won by the Tourist Patrol over its 50 years of existence, Dubrovnik was also awarded, having won numerous champion titles over past decades. The gathering was addressed by the Mayor of Dubrovnik, Mato Franković.
