Workshop – Tourism Destination Management Plan

 The Tourist Board of the Municipality of Ston successfully held a workshop on the development of the Tourism Destination Management Plan on Friday, May 23, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at the Knežev dvor in Ston.

The workshop proceeded as planned, with active participation from local stakeholders representing various sectors. Through discussion on key sustainability indicators – social, environmental, economic, and spatial/governance – participants provided valuable insights that will form the basis for the Plan's further development. The SWOT analysis, conducted in two working groups, helped identify the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing our destination.

We would like to sincerely thank all participants for recognizing the importance of this Plan for our community and for contributing their time, ideas, and constructive suggestions. Their input is invaluable in creating a Plan that truly reflects the needs and values of our local area.
